Absolutely. Every designer piece we sell is verified for authenticity. We only accept and list genuine, high-end items that meet our quality standards.
All items are either gently worn, like new, or never used. We provide clear photos and honest descriptions so you know exactly what you're getting.
Upcycle Haus – Shipping Security Promise
Every item you purchase or consign through Upcycle Haus is treated with the highest care and security.
Here's how we protect your items:
- All orders over $300 are insured.
- Signature confirmation is required for high-value shipments.
- We only use trusted carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment.
- Items are packaged discreetly to reduce theft risk.
- We photograph each item and its packaging before shipment.
- Clients shipping to us may use our prepaid insured label.
All sales are final. Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind and sold on consignment, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review descriptions carefully before purchasing—and reach out if you have any questions!
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Yes! If you're local, choose the Local Pickup option at checkout. We’ll contact you to coordinate a pickup time. In some cases, we may even offer local delivery.
